Upgrades that facilitate social distancing have been provided free of charge; promotional content has been provided free of charge or at a significant discount and more recently we made changes to our software to support COVID-19 related messages. This change allows us to set up a custom script ready / completion message that gets sent to the patient when you dispense a script.
We have put this in place following requests by several customers who had modified collection procedures as a result of COVID-19.
For example the following message could be sent automatically:
Your order is ready. For curbside collection, please park and send a message from the app or call 555.5555. Free shipping is now available. Thank you.

Following on our previous communications about upgrades and changes we are making to support our customers during the COVID-19 crisis, we have made a change to our mobile app.
This change allows us to set up a custom script ready / completion message that gets sent to the patient when you dispense a script.
We have put this in place following requests by several customers who had modified collection procedures as a result of COVID-19.
For example the following message could be sent automatically:

It will appear in the custom completion message template. If you use PK Software, it replaces the current completion message with this custom message.
The custom completion message can be modified or removed at any time. More details on this blog post.
